Tax credits overpayment
Due to being on maternity leave when I first claimed tax credits my income was calculated wrong resulting in overpayment of tax credits since then I've received my p60 n work this out to have been estimated around 700. Does this mean this is how much I will owe back or is it calculated in some way?

Tax rebate affect housing benefit??
At the moment I'm on maternity leave and unsure what my income for this year will be. If my estimate is higher than my actual income do I get difference back from tax credits and will this affect my housing benefit? Will I need to pay it all back? Never claimed anything before and bit lost with it all. Thanks

amount for ESA?
I suffer from autism, and made an ESA claim and ultimately got a thing in the post saying they'd pay me £65.50/week They say it's Contributory based and Income related ESA. How is that different from other types of ESA? They said it was based on a review April 2008-2009 (strange since it's 2011).

New Deal 25+ Illegal Sanctions?
A married couple were sent on a New Deal for 25+ people by their JSA advisor. I had never claimed housing/council tax benefit before but did for a few months while on mat leave. I'm now back at work from March and have…
