ESA / DWP ended claim?

Been on ESA since Oct 2010 - been compliant throughout. Appears that the last payment made to me 4th April 2011 assessment rate. No payment since!!!
Received reminder letter 7th April 2011 for medical certificate which was posted and received 12th April at Swindon office - still no payment. Since then sent another medical certificate but thought it was odd that not received reminder to send this. Have got all proof of postage as everything is sent recorded delivery.
Won Tribunal - appeal upheld 23rd May 2011. Put into WRAG group
Will call Monday to find out what DWP is up to - but real query - are they supposed to notify claimants that any claims have ended and the end date and usual stuff about appealing???? Had nothing at all and now has been several weeks with no payment.
Grrrr - surely there are regulations to stick to?!!!!
No attacking me as to why not seen earlier - not on ESA for nothing!!
