Just a quickie!
On the SOA for the actual big day...do I put the expenses I actually have at that point in time, eg car and associated running costs, or do I put the travelling expenses I will incur once without said car? I think the former?

This is a really silly question so please dont laugh, on the BR form it asks: Do you have the use of a motor vehicle that you do not own? Do they mean do I drive a vehicle I do not own, or do they mean that I have access to a car for lifts etc., I don't drive, but OH does and collects me and takes me places, I contribute…

For example on my SOA, my mobile is down as £30/month...if the OR didn't agree with this amount, would they a) just remove it entirely from expenditure and say you have to pay for it entirely out of your disposable income or b) would they give you a lower allowance and say the difference has to be paid from your disposable…

THANKS and posting
This is not particularly related to Bankruptcy, so I apologise, but twice recently I have been about to click someone's 'Thanks' button, and then noticed a little note to the left, one said 'hit the Thanks' and the other indicated people couldn't be bothered and essentially 'Thanks but no thanks'. Both of these notes…

Car Question (another one!)
Forgive me, I'm just home from a night shift, I've had only 4 hours sleep since 7am Sunday morning, and my brain isn't working right. So if the question is in anyway stupid, feel free to tell me! Right. I have in my name a car on HP which is about 2/3rds of the way through it's term. 'Tis one of those deals involving a…

However, it appears that increases in income may not be included in that. I've just re-read the bottom of my IPA agreement (I signed it in a medication haze), which says: "Until I am…
