im so annoyed with this company i have signed up to this site just to write this.
we placed an order with property plastics via their web site on the sunday night, we got a order confirmation email straight away and the money was deducted from our account monday morning.
we left instructions on the web site that if delivery could not be made by the friday (5 days) to contact us.
my wife called the company on the friday morning just to check and was told she would be called straight back, 2 hours later nothing so i called them myself, the guy finally called me back and told me some story about their supplier being off so i reminded him of the instructions i left about contacting me to which he had no reply not even sorry.
i explained that i must have the goods today and if his company could not deliver then i would have to cancel the order to which the reply i got was "ok i will put in a refund request for you, goodbye" then put the phone down. almost a week later and still no refund.
i will be calling the company again if no refund by tomorrow.

I am one of the directors of Property Plastics Ltd. I am sorry that you appear to have had bad service. We pride ourselves on providing high quality products at fair prices with free delivery. This means from time to time that we occasionally use external suppliers for delivery and in the case of your order we have been let down by one of our suppliers. I am sorry to hear that this has made you so angry, however I disagree that we would put the phone down on you. Every customer is important to us even if they have critical comments about us, as it helps us improve. We have numerous testimonials from happy customers and occasionally some with a complaint. Nobody is perfect but when we make a mistake we can use it to learn from. If there is anything we can do to help please do not hesitate to contact me at the office and I would be more than happy to discuss this further with you.

I have just cancelled an order with property plastics due to the fact that they can not give me a delivery date after 2 days despite their web site suggesting delivery within 2-3 days. Also had broken promises regarding ringing me back. Seems like awful service to me.

Wish I had read this site before i ordered
10 days later, 4 unanswered emails, telephone call not returned ,money taken straight from my account - Have given them 48hours or money back very poor service

Another unhappy customer or non customer as I have just cancelled my order, Property plastics claimed to have sent me an e mail saying order delayed trying to find some one to deliver, no e mail received by me
Wish i had checked this web site before ordering have wasted two weeks:mad:
