    One of my orders (placed 3) was delivered today and I placed the order yesterday morning. The other two I have had tracking numbers for but they are not showing anything yet but will probably come tomorrow.

    How long do they take to let you know if they can't complete your order.

    One of my orders says on the tracking page

    Missing Pre-Advice

    It's the 3rd thing stated after order generating then something else.

    What does that mean?

    I keep forgetting quidco whenever I shop too [off topic].

    i ordered when the 25% went live and had some stuff delivered today, but also i ordered some last night and got stuff today from that too i think it just depends what you've ordered :)
    only plucked up the courage to make an account november 2010. looking to spend many more years(the rest of my life) on here moneysaving!

    The longest I have had to wait is 2 days but normally delivered next day.

    I am feeling really worried.

    I placed about 4 orders and received tracking for 3 of them. These ones state they are out for delivery today (I placed my orders on Sunday).

    Then I realised I hadn't received one tracking detail and called them. They said it means they need to check the warehouse and it can take 3-5 working days which I understand.

    However, it's for gifts for two kids (twins) for their party tomorrow and I don't have the order :$ Not going so well as planned.

    I ordered on sunday, and one order came yesterday and it says the other is out for delivery today :)

    i bought my things sunday night and i got my dispatch email today, but it keeps saying they cant find that number is anyone else having problems?
    oh and one item the cheap straighteners is still processing!
