    Hello. I'd like to join you all please. I have been on here before (way back) and sadly I am back needing to do this journey again (and some!).

    Total loss in 5 weeks 14.1lbs. I weigh in on a Tuesday if that's ok.

    fredsnail and all - STS since last Wednesday. Had a countryside bike ride (about 5 miles) to do some gardening at a churchyard and felt a little fitter than usual. Also, two local bike trips shopping and the usual indoor biking/weights. Diet marginally better.

    Also STS since last Wednesday.

    For the exercise challenge, I have decided to do outdoor biking. So far this month, 6 miles completed for the London Marathon distance. Thanks fredsnail.
