constructive criticism please..need to sell house asap

    i understand just we struggled before with a low offer at 134 but thats gone she pulled out so its just rejusting the figures / mortgage to meet the shortfall....borrowed money previously so will have to borrow even more now......

    But it wasn’t a “low offer” of £134k was it? As you are discovering, it was a great offer, some way above market value it would seem.

    What do you mean, “borrowed money previously”? Do you mean you needed money from friends/relatives to afford it when the chain was in place? If so, have you declared it to your mortgage provider? Are you maxed out on what you can get on a mortgage?

    I’m getting a little worried for you about the affordability of that house. If a few thousand in the context of £240k is that tight and you need to be borrowing money on top of the mortgage, perhaps you should reassess whether it’s the right move for you?

    thank you for the concern ..there was a short fall

    all was and has been declared to the mortgage company this is the only house we can afford in terms of mortgage and living costs thats why ive fought so hard at negotiating compromising and now taking this lower offer are getting a better mortgage deal this time

    th 134k was a good offer
    its this one at 125k but it is what it is and w cant risk loosing this buyer or the next house

    Its the poor mans affluent area weve got it down to 225 this estate agent always over values by 10k anyway .....
