I have the recipe on my PC, I've not made the potatoes yet. A bag of split peas is 500g so it is easier to just double the recipe and freeze half.

We had these for dinner last night. Absolutely delicious, and I will definitely make again. Thumbs up from the whole family :D

By the way, I tried doing signing with my youngest when she was a baby. She thought I was bonkers :rotfl:. The only thing I ever got her to do was "duck" :rotfl:

    Hi All,

Was Mr.M's birthday and our wedding anniversary yesterday. After DS was in bed I offered to go and get a cake. Asked DH which cake he wanted, his reply; "you'll know when you see it". I went to Mr T's as I wanted to fill up the car with petrol before my 5p off coupon ran out.
I was looking at the cakes when I spotted one with a mashed box. I looked inside and the cake was fine, it was whoopsied down to £3.46 :D I definitely knew I was getting when I saw it! :rotfl:

jediteacher, have you noticed the Hellman's has a longer 'use by when opened date' ?

    Hi,

Not sure what it was before but it states that it has to be used within 3 months. To be honest I usually buy Tesco own but this was cheaper.
