In the end I had a bowl of raspberries, strawberries and yogurt for my lunch.:D
Just made up some turkey rissoles to cook in the oven alongside our dinner. They're moreish so will probably snack on them later.

Breakfast - ham, tomato, apple
snack - banana
Lunch - Jacket pot, beans, salad
Snack - apple
tea - boiled potato, egg, chicken, salad, peas.
Back on plan.
I am going to start formulating a list of food I like that is Syn and start cooking food from recipes!100 -
