So, the other bidder lives in my close . Wants to use it for investment purposes . Their offer apparently is £ 370k
They have large deposit to put down.
'You don't have to take either of them offers '...

So, the situation is , both have to submit their max bid by 5 pm.
    Whoever bids highest wins.
I did say that I prefer the sound of the first time buyer.
He said , he wants me to get as near to the asking price as possible .

    We'll see...

Thanks cat :) yes I do . Bizarrely enough, the first couple saw it the other way.
What may happen ,first time buyers offer £378k , the others £380.
I go with first time buyers :)

Hi, AC, do the investment couple have one to sell or, subject to mortgage, will they be cash buyers, do you know?

Still edgy, tired and weird .
I'm laughing at the fact that I'm smiling around the building and can sense a few people running me down again.
But, if all goes well, bye bye horrible people :)

That's the spirit, AC! Next humid summer, they will all still be there with their pettiness and backstabbing and you will be admiring the palm trees... or it that Torquay?

    Yeah, bye bye rubbish;)
Funny thing is, there are less people . the floor I work on is bare.
The backstabbing is more visible than ever :)
