    Just had a letter from Abbey - they said a big fat no (lol) so maybe time to appeal ......

    What about a decharged Bankruptcy after 3 years with no credit card but with two basic bank account and two catalogs ,any chance to appeal
    Discharged nearly 15yrs and happen again😓

    Yea its always worth appealing and letting the lender know your circumstances.... for example you could have been hit with something that made you go b/r and exceptional cases could be overturned....

    For the sake of tweaking your letter slightly to suit, it'd do no harm would it? Just take out the credit card bit (section 2) and change it show two basic accounts, which you run perfectly well and mention the b/r as a bad point in your life/learning curve or similar..... google helps with specific plea's you could use..... :D

    Like I say, it's always worth a go for the cost of a stamp....
