Is that because of the payment they give when you use the card for transactions?

No. I don't use their debit card. When I phoned chasing I was told the only mechanism they had on screen was to manually credit the full £5.50, whether or not you'd earned it.

Hi Hattie, I received my rewards 15/08 - not sure if it has anything to do with my switchover date? I also got an email to say it had been sent as well if that helps (my email did go to my junk mail)... I also went into my local branch and confirmed everything so not sure if that helps? Hope all gets resolved :-)

Hi Holliejayne, thanks for replying. Mine showed online on the morning of 16th August, but was dated 15th. I also got the email on the morning of the 16th to say it had been credited; mine didn't go to junk mail. It seems that the date of payment fluctuates around the middle of the month.

Not received reward this month, second time. They indicated a problem with their system, so doesnt appear to be fixed.

It's not due yet is it? Normally around the 15th/16th.

EDIT: I see I also have the "you didn't qualify" email. They're going to be busy on the phones again this month!

I got an email today from Co op advising me I hadn't qualified in August because I didn't log in to online banking.

    But I did many times.

First refusal for me thus far. Will phone them and ask them to correct their mistake;)

They're not doing manual credits this time. They've been told to inform customers that the emails have been sent out in error and that automatic payment will be made later this week.

So you'll have to make do with a £15 credit to the account for phone calls instead. :D

This might stop people wasting their time.

I just phoned Co op and after a 12 minute wait was told the emails have been sent in error 'before they could stop them:)' and there won't be a problem qualifying and I will get paid.
