I've managed to complete a survey this morning; however, the site now seems to be loading very slowly (or not at all). Anyone else having the same problem?

I built up enough points in about 6 months to get a £20 amazon voucher in August 2017 and I am still waiting for it in April 2018. It is one of the worse sites I have been on. In normal circumstances it still takes up to 8 weeks to process your request. When or if I get my reward I will be leaving.0

Now Toluna have done the dirty and moved the goal posts. I have got to 186000 points and went to claim a PayPal redemption, but now it says I need 190000 !!!!!!!0

I agree about rewards usually taking ages to be received. However flex e codes appear to be issued more speedily.
My reward of £15 flex e code voucher was ordered on 10th March, and code issued just 16 days later. No email was sent stating that code had been issued, it was just through checking my rewards section at Toluna that I realised. I have ordered Love2Shop vouchers and according to flex e code email, card should take between 3 - 5 days to be sent.
Hopefully a little bit quicker than the usual 2 - 8 weeks.0 -
Have been unable to access surveys direct from Toluna or their surveys redirected from other partner sites. Cannot logon as get the message that details are incorrect even though they are not. Cannot send a contact form to ask for help as this also produces an error. These has been going on for a few days so their site is presumably down but their are no messages on it to that effect and clearly the IT bods can't fix it!0

Using Chrome, have experienced no problems.
It might be worth clearing your History, temporary internet cache, etc and see whether that makes a difference.
