Hmmm seems you can't log in atm. Must be an IT problem
When you click login,it takes you to this site http://www.aquacard.co.uk/%E2%80%9Daquacard.co.uk%E2%80%9D
instead of https://www.partnerandaffinitycards.co.uk/aqua/cards/security/logon/logon.aspx
but even then the online account is inaccessible. Even by using the other link, you can put in your username and password and then it will redirect you to this site

Hoping it's just a day time thing.0 -
Unfortunately not everybody is like you.
Well if they can't manage a running total, then perhaps they shouldn't be trying to max the cashback where it's a little bit of effort or complain when it goes wrong.
Up to everyone to choose of course, but I can't see there is room to complain if it's your fault.0 -

It wasn't working earlier on, then was working, now isn't again.
Not the greatest interface in the world, but I'm not complaining about £100 for free.0 -
Getting to spend your credit limit every month is not possible even if you pay everything on the statement by DD on the 'payment due date'.
I find that only way to spend £500 (my credit limit) every month is to pay all of the 'current balance' figure before the 'statement date'.
To be on the safe side, I do this with FP couple of days before the 'statement date'.
Has anyone tried spending more than £500 per month by paying off sums in advance of the 'payment due date' ?0 -

Yes, lots of people are doing this. You can make as many FPs as you want.0 -

If you use the "Available funds", it works great as it seems to update instantly after a purchase and within hours (overnight in some cases) after a faster payment.0 -
We do have 12 months to get the cashback? Yes?
So am I right in thinking there's no real advantage to busting a gut to qualify early and then having to make efforts for it not to go dormant?0 -
