    Thanks Syman.

    A couple of reasons this a.m. meant I did not weigh myself. However, had considered beforehand not to, as last week was more "a struggle" regarding diet. Exercise consisted of a bit more outdoor cycling with much of it spent walking (i.e. too difficult uphill stretches) and the usual indoor biking.

    For the exercise challenge (i.e. gardening), please add 25 minutes. Just more work on the wild birds feeding area and composting was done.

    Hi, STS since 10/2/16. Things much the same with me regarding diet and exercise. However, since starting upper body weight training, have built up more strength.

    For the exercise challenge (i.e. gardening), please add 12 minutes + 26 minutes. (The latter figure was done today so unsure whether you need to include this). Thanks.

    apologies for missing last night, but having the week from hell at work so been working late.

    Have appeared to have hit a plateau, with another STS

    but did 205 mins of activity according to my Fitbit.


    Sign me up for the frost team for next months challenge please Fred. Not sure i will manage the 5lb loss though.

    + 1 hour and 45 minutes done (before end Feb 29th) towards the exercise challenge (i.e. gardening) please fredsnail. (Weather/ground conditions were really not suitable last month but a good thing to make a small start).

    Good evening everyone. As you can see I'm a newbie so please bear with me but I would very much like to be a part of this thread/group! I am about to start the SW plan again (lost 2 stone a couple of years ago by attending a group) and I was umming and ahhing about going back to group, but there aren't any that I could attend due to work etc so I then thought about joining online, but am a bit skint! :/ So I've decided I'm going to try and do it at home on my own and would welcome any support going!! I'm planning on starting on Monday. TIA Jenny xx
