That is their full and final offer so they won't come back with anything else. If you forward to the Ombudsman, you'll be waiting a long time to have the 6yr+ old loans looked at but they may look at the rest of the loans you had taken within the 6yr period, which aren't listed here.
Re the list of loans you had - did you ask for your 'statement of account' or just ask them to look at your loans for the purposes of this complaint? I personally found them really helpful in supplying my statement of account you see so something strange has happened there I would think.
Also, can I ask - when did you put your complaint in? Just so I can gauge how long their response took for you - I'm also awaiting an outcome! x

ive decided to take the money and book a holiday... i may have got much more, maybe 3 times as much but i figured i dont want to think about wonga for the next 8 months. its in the past and i have learnt never to use a payday loan again. good luck all, now i start with some others as well. does anyone know if you can just got o ombudsman with all your loans or you have to do it individually? otherwise for 8 different companies you have to send 8 different lots of ban kstatements etc? sseems it would be quicker if they could look at your statements and thr comanies you had at the same time?

I had the same adjudicator for all my cases. With the cases being sent within a period of 2 weeks. So no I didn't need to resend the info, I think they probably store it on an internal file against your name?

Not sure if this is the right place to post or if anyone can help me

So i took out a loan with a company called Sqaure today for a small amount of £200 last year

Anyway long story short i fell into arrears so i set a repayment plan up, i had a few nightmares with this company for one reason or another but managed to get it sorted and set a repayment plan up

They then reduced my balance which i am not sure why but i never got a statement through or nothing

I was repaying the repayment plan and then out of the blue yesterday i received a letter stating that my account had been closed and the balance had been written of, no explanation nothing

I had not sent a complaint in, so i am slightly baffled, dont get me wrong i am glad and happy but i am also worried as it sounds to good to be true?

I have done a quick google search and found they were formally the cheque center, which on transactions in the bank it still had the same company

Can anyone help in shedding some light please?

    Hi

Does anyone know if these payday loan lenders are still charged if you take a case to them at the FOS, regardless if you lose?

It's not really irresponsible lending, more obstructive repayment and god knows the worser damage it could have done - ah reading that these types can cancel CPA today still just baffles me. :(

    Quick update:

QuickQuid 3 months ago declined my request for a refund for supplying me with a loan. I then took them to financial ombudsman.

Today FOS have replied saying that they haven't investigated the issue/case yet but QuickQuid are now offering £538. I have accepted this.

So my advice to you, is to keep pushing and fighting. You might think it takes a while but you will start getting answers within 2 months. Next stop is Wonga from FOS in 5 days (should be well over £1000 as Wonga only offered £666)
    Debt Free (08/05/2017)
QQ declined my offer, FOS now said QQ has offered £538
WONGA result from FOS in a few days.

    HI silolz0rz!

I've taken QQ to the FO after I rejected an initial £207 offer in their final response.

Was £538 around the amount you'd calculated you were owed?

A large part of my complaint against QQ is them being obstructive when i tried to set up a payment plan. When we finally agreed a deal, they failed to take the money, defaulted the account and sold it on to a debt collector.

Its still with the ombudsman and seemingly not progressing at all but I will update when I hear anything.
