So today is day 1 for me:
submitting all the requests for statements:

I have sent complaints to several PDL companies thanks to this forum and will hopefully have some answers soon.
I have received a response from Lending Stream who have advised that their lending was responsible and have quoted some information such as my credit score at the time (a lot higher than now as I hadn't received any defaults etc. at that stage) and have agreed to wipe my current outstanding balance as a goodwill gesture.
I had around 3 loans at one time with LS as well as several other creditors - is this something I should pursue? Or do I not have a case as they have provided reasons for providing me with credit?
I settled 6/7 loans but one of these was on a payment plan and the 7th I have been repaying.
Any advise would be great.0 -

I got the same standard response from LS. Ombs upheld 30/35 complaints on loans I had with them. With around £6k. So yes persue it if you feel you should not have been lent the loans and were in financial difficulty.

I have submitted my complaint with QQ and they have requested bank statements/payslips etc to substantiate my claim. I don't have any of these due to my last loan being 3 years ago. What should I reply and say?
Also I have received my statement of account. Do I just include the loans where I took them out on consecutive months?

out of interest how long did it take before they responded and sent your statements?0 -
I requested them last Friday but then got impatient on Tuesday night and sent the complaint. Then I heard back from them yesterday both acknowledging the complaint and providing the statement.0

I sent complaints to Wonga and Sunny who I have had continuous loans with since early 2014. Was getting impatient and was going to send another email to them both today but got a reply from Wonga last night and Sunny this morning.
The ball is rolling!!
Couldn't see a way out of the payday loan cycle until I stumbled onto Debt Camel and this thread. Took action and setup a DMP plan as I had a maxed out overdraft as well as a couple of credit cards up to their limit and a 118 loan. Not sure if I can claim anything against them although 118 did offer me a top up loan and one of the credit cards offered to double my limit to 4k!!
Also had 2 recent pay day loans with Lending stream but other than not spotting my bad credit report I don't think I can complain about 2 continuous loans
Anyway, hoping for a good response from Sunny and Wonga after their investigations as I think I'm due around 5k between them. And that will be going straight to the DMP.
Hope you have a good outcome to your claims and will be interesting to see how both ours progress time wise!!0 -
