Does anyone have a contact email address? My app stopped working 2 weeks ago, just after I claimed my 3rd £10 voucher (which also never appeared).
When I login to website on my laptop it doesn't display either just the blank boxes like people mentioned already.Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -

Last time when I sent a ticket through the website itself, I got a reply from this address:
support-team@mobilexpression.com
It did take 14 days for them to reply to my online ticket though0 -

The app stopped working for both my wife and I this morning - when the web page opens it displays a message saying "An error occurred processing your last request. Please use the back button in your browser to try again."

Have you checked whether your app is fully up to date? I've had a few weeks where I couldn't get points because I hadn't updated it and kept sending in support tickets for them to give me points manually.0 -

Hmmm...I just uninstalled and re-installed the app, but got the same error.0 -
