Noisy and abusive neighbour

My supervisor at work has had problems with his neighbour for months. The neighbour tends to play his music as and when he pleases and at high volume, this usually tends to be the early hours of the morning.
My supervisor has tried the nice approach, calling the police and also the nasty aproach. Last nigh at 2am this guy starts playing music at high volume so my boss knocks on the wall.no response, my boss then gets dressed and knocks on his door to then be told to f off.........my boss gives a well deserved right hook. Don't get me wrong I don't agree with violence but this guy has had it coming for ages.
The property this guy lives in is rented and my boss wants to find out who the landlord is so he can complain to him, does anyone know how my boss can find the landlord as he hasn't a clue.
Thanks in advance.

  • Can he try enquiring at the land registry (google it)? I think it shows the owner which may be a start.

What was the significance of the font colour change?
  • Can't your boss play something equally loud when the neighbour is sleeping?

Preferably with speakers against the wall.
    Been away for a while.

They need to contact Environmental Health at the council, it is not a police issue. If they can get sufficient evidence they can get an ASBO put on the offending neighbour.
    Gone ... or have I?

Tell your boss to go to the local council and complain - even if it's a private residence ;) A punch is the only way to deal with some people I'm afraid.

Sure he could but don't think his other neighbour would be very happy. Why sink to this guys level
