Hi, i recently listed an items and in title i wrote- XxxXXXXXx size 14 like new condition.
ebay removed my listing .They said i spammed. is that fair? where you can see a spam if i just gave brand name, size and state condition - like new.
Alos i would love to ask. I listed used terry nappise. I done some reserch before i been pretty sure it s ok to sale used nappies, becouse for few weeks number of people sold it. One sunny((( not for me day i dgot ebay's message that my listing been removed as i sell prohoboted item. I m still keep an eye on auction and at least 4 people sale used terry nappies now an no one take any action against them. What s going on? could anyone clear it for me?

It's either new, or it's not new. Can't be 'like new'
I think this is some trivial new rule they've brought in recently to stop a gazilllion used items showing up when you search for 'new'
And no, no used nappies allowed.

so why 5 more people still sale it? why no one removed thir listing?
why other sold it? i think this is not fair- to let one people sale a not for others.0 -
Because ebay haven't gotten round to removing the others yet - don' worry, i'm sure they will - you haven't been singled out. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

A small user is more likely to have their listing removed than a powerseller. Ebay knows which way it's bread is buttered!0

If you were on a reporting spree, would you rather report a hundred listings, or a handful? My TV is broken!

You broke the rules, your listing was removed, your problem is?"Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

eBay dont go hunting for listings to remove, they would never get round to all prohibited listings.
they rely on others to do the reporting, your items have been reported by another member/members and the ones you see still running have not.
if you feel so strongly about the other listings maybe you can do the reporting0 -

Howver, I have seen the word "new" used in genuine keyword spamming, e.g. "next to new" which will show up in searches for the brand name Next.
Lightam, if you want to relist I suggest you rephrase your title - perhaps "excellent condition" or "hardly worn" would do?0 -

I did say it was trivial, perhaps I should have made it crystal clear I was reiterating ebay's rule, although you've apparently guessed that, so not sure why you're trying to explain what 'as new' means; I don't live under a rockMy TV is broken!
