Used the £10 off £100 one (buy something cheap to take the £99 up to £100), and used Greasy Palm for 2.5% cash back and 1% cash back on my Credit card. Orders over £35 are free P&P or pick up in store. If the voucher does not work instore get a customer relationship credit see below!

If you are going to sign up at greasy plam to get your money back (2.5% for maplin) if you use this refferal link I get £7 :phttp://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=376545#post376545

They have a smart charger (I paid £40 for the SAME one 2 years ago) for £9.99 in the clearance section.

Maplins are not cheap for computer stuff (or blank media) they have a USB Skype phone for £58!! You can buy a dual POTS VOIP ADSL modem from Dabs for less! And ebuyer has headsets suitable for PC VOIP for 62p for the in ear and 69p for the headset with mic.

Remember the vouchers can be used in store too but they are link you each person. Get them free by signing up to their newsletter. You wont get the Greasy palm rebate if you buy in store :(

For people buying stuff for Kids

I've assumed that at least SOME of you buying this will have kids. I got a climbing frame £400 form ELC and used this code to get £40 off!
If you are planning to buy from Early Learning centre here are some codes

I only found this out 5 mins ago as I realised I hadn't gone via. R-Points so I cancelled it and this happened!!

Hope it helps someone!!

The mains adapter DEFINATELY comes with the bundle. I've got mine plugged in at my workdesk watching a freeview box through the 7"tft at the mo :), HTH, Cheers, G
Thanks for the heads-up!

I collected one of these from Farnborough this luch time. The EPOS systems were not working, so they could not verify my £10 off £100 voucher. After watching them typing the voucher number into the till for 15 minutes, they gave up. After making me promise that I had not used the voucher number before, they gave me a £10 "Customer relationship" discount, and kept the voucher number to enter later, once EPOS was working.

Great timing this. We have about 300 miles of Motorway driving over the weekend and this should keep the Kids amused for at least part of it.

As the screen is detachable and it has AV in you could always use it in the kitchen and add a small cheap freeview box to it. I say kitchen you could use it anywhere with a freeview box.

The idea of having a little screen like that built into a kitchen sounds great and is exactly what I'm looking for - however, it doesn't say in the advert that it has AV in - just out. Did you see any technical specs anywhere or do you have one of these?

It says that you can plug a games console into the screen only so if you can plug a console in then you can plug any AV product in as they all have the same RCA connections. I am thinking of getting one for the kitchen or even next to my PC with a freeview box attached. Plus if you can get the freeview boxes with ext 12v power supply with standard socket then you could also take that to say a caravan, boat etc.

I want one of these. I've registered with Maplins, but not yet received a newsletter with the voucher (have received confirmation of registration email). Does anyone know how long it takes for the newsletter to be sent out?

Cuppatea, on another forum (theDVDforums), several people are saying they got a discount code by using the live chat facility on the website.
