Hi Everyone,
I'm going to give up smoking again tomorrow. Yes I know I'm on here every so often giving up and then all goes quiet, but I really have to do it. Health wise obviously and money wise £5.60 odd for 20!!
I'll keep you all informed on how I get on and if anyone else fancies joining me and having another stab then great.
I will put my no smoking money in my savings for xmas, as it has been worrying me about how to afford it!

I think it was Mark Twain who said "Giving up smoking was easy, he had done it dozens of times"
Any way best of luck to you. It was one of the hardest things I have done.
Try and stick with it.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
All the best with it.
Have you tried the Allan Carr book? It is really good - anyway he says that you should think to yourself that you are 'stopping' smoking as you are not 'giving up' anything - because you dont want to smoke anymore.
I stopped about 8 weeks ago and I'm really not missing it, apart from the odd urges which have got less and less. The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0 -
Good luck sweetie!
