    Its nice to have some grown up programmes! Spoilt today with Hairy Bikers, Nigel and Economy Gastronomy! Yum, Yum ... need to get on with my menu plan for the rest of the month!

  • Good programme! I rarely follow recipes, so liked the idea of inspiring you to try things in your own way, with whatever you have etc. and using up leftovers.

    I know it isn't necessarily a new idea, but I thought it was well done.
  • Blast - I missed it! I love Nigel Slater's cooking - his 30 minute recipes book is my favourite cookbook, scrummy, delicious, eat it now type food. I'd really recommend his books. I hope it's on BBC i player....
