Hi please can one of you clever people help me. I have sky mail through windows mail. As of about 3 hours ago every time i try to check my mail using windows mail i get this

Are you trying to connect though your browser or MSN or like outlook express.
Check the settigns are the same as here http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/skyhelpcentre/skyonline?nodeId=36a951b4-a6d8-4149-9bd1-1ed91485babd&articleId=2531110 and try login into sky mail on your browser.

Do you have Norton?Did you try login in online and looking at your email. Check your firewall settings. See if you can connect thought thunderbird http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/products/thunderbird/ instead of outlook express.
How come its says Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com' wouldn't that been your email account? or maybe not never used outlook express.0 -

Looks like Sky have got server problems. They are just saying that to get you off the phone line, because everyone is trying to call them with the same problem!

Its looks like their problem, if that was me I'd be getting back on the phone and giving them a ear full for lying to me and telling them to sort themselves out.0
