yes, I had the same problem. It is a problem with the outlook clent.

    there are three ways
    (1) get the company to delete all you email (they probably won't delete one by one for your benefit until it works)
    (2) you telnet to your inbox and delete the top most message (read it with telnet first ;) )
    (3) use thunderbird

Ive found this if you wanna try it ~

"in your outlook settings it will have your incoming/outgoing servers set at something like....

    pop.tools.sky.com
    smtp.tools.sky.com

    change both to....

    pop.googlemail.com
    smtp.googlemail.com
    "

You could also try a different client like Thunderbird I use this and its more secure than outlook has all the features and you can get webmail through it with the addons, from the same people that do firefox.

corrupt message on the server. either contact them again and ask them to delete your messages, or telnet to the them box and delete the top most message, then fire up your client again.

I had the same problem since late pm yesterday. Changed the outlook settings to googlemail etc, like someone has suggested on this thread this morning, and it fixed it. Haven't done it on all the emails in the house yet, and those not yet changed over, still aren't working. Apparently it's something that Sky are working on, so don't worry (I did - I thought it was coz I'd deleted browsing history, very computer literate me you know :rotfl: ).
