  • I tried this and it shows up the discount code, as you said. But it does not givw me the discount off the price...

    Do you know why? ???
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I have just used it now and it gave me 50% off. Did you notice what type of ticket it was offering you - the 50% only works on certain types. See the 1st post.

    Thanks to original poster!

Not much good when it wont let you book a return ticket after 3/1/2005.

  • "sawanderer" - How did you find out about this offer? I can't see a link on the home page (QJump) for a newsletter or suchlike.

This would be invaluable for an elderly relative of mine, would be lovely to get in early next time.

  • Yes, that's it, i just called their custom support centre,
and was told the promotion code is only valid until

    31/12/2004
    what a shame.
but, anyway, should be good enough for Chirstmas travellers.
Yes,tried to book for 4th jan,but they havent got the timetables.
No worry, they will have em when tickets are back to full price.
    What a country.
  • sawanderer, you are a moneysavinggenius!

I just booked another ticket for my friend to come visit me in london, returning 2nd January and it went through. Saved over £30 already with this, and that's savings when compared to cheapest tickets normally available, not the *actual* saving!

    BRILLIANT!
