I would stay away from the O2 branded one. EVERY o2 phone seems to lock up, crash etc on a regular basis. Even the £300 odd quid XDA models!0

Especially the XDAIIs models, from what I have heard. Maybe better if you run in "corporate" mode (without some of the O2 rubbish), but flakey even then.

There are some other great deals too where you can get a free portable DVD player, DAB digital radio or 512MB Ipod shuffle
Personally I have ordered :
Samsung E350 + Free Portable DVD Player
Nokia 6101 + Free DAB Digital Radio
The phones can be sold on for the same price you paid for them leaving you with a nice little portable DVD player and DAB radio
About £80 worth of freebies for a bit of work flogging the phones on ebay

@rthirlby - Would you mind posting a pic of the dvd player.0

iv had enough of it.. been trying to order since 5:30pm... tried 2 diff cards.. no luck.. phoned o2.. and ordered.. then realised i had paid the full price for the Samsung E350 £129.99 .. phoned back and tried to order with the student discount.. but they keep going on about NUS number.. even though i am a genuine student i dont have a nus card.. finally managed to get though to someone who took my college student number instead.. but my payment methods were not going through.. tried 3 different cards.. none worked..
iv only ever ordered 1 phone from them in the past..0 -
EDIT offer has changed0

How many phones are you allowed to order from O2? Can't find details on the website.
It seems to be two phones but how much time before you can order again?0 -

Don't bother with this-All of the above come up on the site as - ''not available''!!0 -

They all seem to be still available
If you want to see all current offerings:

The 'Not available' refers to their availability on contract - these are all PAYG phones so no ongoing monthly charges. However you can put a contract O2 sim in if you want.
Try again. Try again.
EDIT:
if you want contract phones:
