Many thanks to simate for posting this
. I received my 50 DVD-Rs today well-packaged (though 1 of the 25 jewel cases I also ordered was cracked).
I placed my order in the early hours of last Friday morning, & they actually arrived yesterday but I wasn't in to sign for them. Very pleased overall & will definitely be buying from them again if they offer free delivery. G0 -

Pete.
Yep, I can understand that this may happen, Infiniti disks use various dye's. The ones I have have the MCC dye which are usually good quality dye's!0 -

justlooking wrote:I put in a order late last night its showing Queued on the website so I’m guessing they got what they wanted lots of orders lets hope they don't end up with long delays as that will put people off using the website.
all deliveries have been 24-48 hours - even with a free delivery which most sites would do minimum 72 hours
you are right though - its been pretty hectic - lots of overtime being paid outAll queries regarding recent unauthorised CC transactions should be forwaded to peter.jackson@shopneo.co.uk0 -
Well I’m still showing queued so in my case your not going to make that delivery time.Maybe it will get sorted today. It may be hectic but just think of all the new users your end up with.0

Thats the idea, give great offers, get the name of the company out there. Unless shopneo are buying these disks for next to nothing they must be making a loss on ever sale. I expect this is what shopneo and paul owen are doing do a fantastic offer to get their name out there but they need to continue the offers to get people to keep buying it is worth the loss as it will be miles chaeper than advertising with the same coverage. Ive bought from neo in the past and use them as my disk and other stuff suppliers so I know that the offers are always worth looking at.
We have had cheap memory sicks, hard drives and disks in the last week, not to mention the other offers I have had in the past from shopneo.
How many other people see a bargain and buy I know I do and have done for years with the today only pages that scan and aria or all the other companys use. Juts look at January sales Woman spend hundreds on stuff just becasue its cheap.;)
Totally unrelated
I used to work for a company calles Alfa computers in Bolton they did the northern computermarkets at Bowlers and all over the north when memory prices were very competative a company came in and droped their prices below everyone else it turned out they were a very dodgy company dealing in stolen goods but alfa and a few other traders decided at one show in Bradford to teach them a lesson we knew how much they were paying for their stock so we sold ours at less that they were paying we made a small loss but we sold an shed load of memory they sold nothing as they were only a few people with not alot behind them they always had to sell out or were screwed because companys can afford to make a loss ocasionally it didnt matter to alfa the other guys as they hadnt sold their stock couldnt pay their suppliers and went bust overnight.0 -
Delivery times are important too as well as customer service I’ve emailed them about delivery and as yet had no reply.
Update now had a reply
We have been inundated with orders and we are doing our best to get them out as quick as we can.
I'm starting to feel sorry for all the staff i bet they have never worked so hard.0 -
