You have to wait for the retailers to confirm the cashback. then it becomes payable. It does not have a minimum amount, u can request payment for 1p once confirmed.

Put it this way I am still waiting for mine to be confirmed after a month, it takes time!
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T
  • Just to remind everyone that the cashback is not guaranteed.

I did the vodaphone sim only with £91.00 cashback in June '08 and I still haven't been paid. Even though it is showing as "tracked" the payment date just rolls over every month. So beware!

ok sorry to be naive but i dont get what this cashback thing is [ im clueless haha!]

do i register with Topcashback then buy the sim ? cancel at the end of the 3rd month [ for the 4th :)] ?

Register first, then buy the sim... spot on.
cos it says 50% cashback on ebay purchases! so does that mean i could buy a top for £10 and id get £5 back?!

That 50% is on the fees ebay makes on an auction. NOT the bid price. Say the ebay member selling the item pays ebay £5 in final value fees, then the buyer thru TCB would get £2.50 cashback into their account.

topcashback require 7 days before they will chase it up, by that time the cooling of period by ordeing by the internet will be over! hmm not sure what to do.

Mine has tracked on TCB, and my sim arrived today. Estimated pay date is end of Jan 2009.
But i'll be watching to see if it starts getting bumped further into the new year.
    Hope that helps some people.

  • I've gone for it too. will be so cross if vodafone don't pay out as it's the only reason I've signed up. I trust topcashback to pay if they receive the funds - but would not go near this on quidco.

Vodafones' website says that you have to give 30 days notice and this can be given after the first month. Therefore it seems to me that if on say day 35 you decided to end it, you could by giving 30 days notice. Your contract would then end after approximately 65 days of use. But by your reckoning you would remain connected for 90 days approximately.

    Terms:

    1. This offer is only available to UK residents aged 18 years or over. The offer is only available for purchase in the Vodafone online store and in Vodafone telesales.
    2. The offer period is from 16th June 2005.
    3. The offer only applies to the following standard price plans Anytime 100, Anytime 200, Anytime 350 and Evening and Weekend 1000 ("the Eligible Price Plans").
    4. This offer is subject to status, availability and connection to a 30 day minimum term airtime contract. (Not available on 12, 18 or 24 month contracts). A disconnection notice can be accepted from the end of the first month onwards.
  • Does anybody know the rates for using this sim abroad. Specifically
The rate to call the USA
The rate to call the UK from the USA
The rate to call the UK from Italy

    Thanks
