    God, me neither

Just think, Teletech are basically just an agency. If it were a scam, we wouldn't be vetted so thoroughly!

  • hi all

proof of the pudding. how do they treat their home workers. do they pay and on time.
  • Hmmm, seems I have reached the end of the line already! Have just failed the workbooth assessment as it doesn't like wireless networks. DH and I both agree that having a bunch of cable running around the house is not an option right now. Will try and re-run the assessment in the morning and see if it likes me any better then!
  • Will not work with a wireless connection,
all though it's unlikely there is a chance that
data sent over a wireless network can be
intercepted and decoded, which is not ideal
when you are handling confidential information

for those wanting to apply, you must have a wired
lan connection directly to your router/modem,
and you will also need a telephone point near the pc

Teletech @home is a new venture in the UK, others like me are
starting training on the 10th of September, so we will answer that
question in due course, but these is no reason to think they wont pay us

seeing as they have 3 call centers already in the uk, the wage departments
    are already in place.
  • I have holidays booked on the 2nd week of training and I emailed them yesterday and asked if there was a soloution, i.e start the training at a later date or do a week, go on holiday and then do another week. Still no reply ! grrr
