I have logged into my Lloyds ISA online today and it is showing zero balance!!! I would like to know where my money is. I phoned their 24 hr online banking people and they were no help, told me they could only access the variable rate ISA on their system, not the fixed one. Sounds like a load of rubbish to me. They said I would have to phone my branch. My branch is only open 10am - 5pm and I can't phone from work! So not a good experience so far. Its a lot of money thats missing in limbo land somewhere, they had better backdate the interest to 18/2!!!
Regarding my Transfer, I had a letter from the Kent Reliance BS on the 12th Feb, informing me my Funds had been transferred to Lloyds fixed rate ISA, I have been checking my Lloyds ISA balance online frequently.
The Funds showed up in my Account yesterday the 26th, so its not a quick process. Hope this helps, Steve;)0 -

May I ask what date of the fund credited into your LTSB? I hope not 26th. Thanks.0 -
Steve - glad to hear your funds turned up. I am in two minds whether to transfer so I have been reading yours and Martin's experiences with interest. It will be interesting to see how long before Martin's money appears and how much interest you both will lose.

I have just recieved a letter from Lloyds Cash ISA team, informing me they have Increased the Accuring intrest on my ISA by £xx.xx, here is the exact wording of the Letter:
Quote
"This sum represents the13 days of interest for the period from the transfer date of your previous ISA provider to today. This will be reflected on your account as part of your next interest payment. Yours sincereley , Lloyds TSB Cash ISA Team"
Hope this Info will relieve the concern some ops have been expressing about loss of interest.;) Regards Steve0 -

I have one ISA and that is with YBS. The total is over £20,000 which INCLUDES this year's £3,000. Reading their 'important information' above, does this mean I cannot open a Fixed Rate Cash ISA with Lloyds?
Maybe I have to wait til 5th April (assuming the offer stays til May) and then be eligible to transfer and add maximum £3,600?
