hi i only ever had 2 interviews both on time, 1st one jsut about the job and 2nd one just asking a couple of questions and then asking for references, i think it just depends on who you have as an interviewer.
good luck0 -
thanks everyone for your advice. Is the second interview taken by someone in the UK? Wondered if that was why the phone call was before 4.30pm our time. My first call was at 8.30pm the next phone call i have is for 1pm tommorow.

They actually rang a few mins early-went well I think. Wasn't asked about specific shifts just general timings (which are fine) and discussed the fact the next training starts the day I return from holiday. The expected-describe a time you had to handle an upset customer scenario. Interestingly the interviewer was a teleworker too
Just off to answer the references email now. Good luck to everyone elseI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi, This seems really thick but I`ve got a question re the references. I am filling in the details for them and about to enter the address field - is it the place of work for the referee or their home address? Anyone help?0
