Dixons are doing a PSone system with 2 controllers and Spyro the dragon game for £14.99 I think this is a great price considering I paid £139 for mine when it first came out. Still loads of PSone games about very cheap on ebay etc so may be worth picking this up for kids for christmas etc good as a second machine in the bedroom.

They have extended warranty advertised for £19.99 lol better off buying 2 consoles case one goes wrong

p.s. says out of stock on the site but they do have some in stores round here so best try your high street.

Do you mind telling me what region of the country your are in. I have just phoned my nearest Dixons - Cheshire Oaks. Lady there says they are web offer only. Just wondered whether it is worth trying any more stores - but they are all 0870 numbers!

That's a good deal for someone who doesn't have a current gen console. But remember, if you have a PS2, PSOne games can be played on that as well.

Ace deal.
Phoned to see if they had any in stock in my local branch and got some know-nothing grunting teen (I presume) who knew nothing about it and was as helpful as a Tesco customer advisor (long story).
Anyway, I tried another branch down the road and they've reserved the last one for me till Saturday!

Just bought the same deal from Currys, which is the same as Dixons so don't forget to check Currys if you're after one!

At approx. 2.30pm they still had 2 in stock in Currys Edge Lane Liverpool, and 2 in Currys Aintree Liverpool. Never checked for Dixons City Centre.

Once the staff saw how good a deal they were they were all tempted though so ring first and be quick!!!

That is a good deal! Although it was a while ago now (about a year), I sold my second hand PSone for £20!

think youll find it was 299.99 when it first version came out...i know because i was one of the mad ones to buy it at that price..well just below...great price and plenty of places selling games cheap still
