URGENT - Recipes with bacon???

Hi all sorry to be a pain but I have just realised I got a pack of bacon out of the freezer on Saturday with the intention of having it Sunday morning - suffice to say I forgot it was there. I am now looking for some quick, easy, cheap, not to many ingrediants recipes for what to do with it before it spoils - preferably something I can make and then freeze again. Its just regular smoked back bacon. Darling OH wont eat anything spicy or hot or anything with rice. Any ideas for this rather tall order???
Thanks all!!
Thanks all!!

Or, line a flan tin with some pastry, lightly fry chopped bacon for a short while, put in the flan case and then top with beaten egg plus a bit of salt pepper and mixed herbs of your choice. In fact - you can top this flan with pastry and make it into a pie. Both will freeze well.
Bake either one for about 40 mins @ gas 5 (190C 370F)Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. I wonder if the onions, bacon and tomatos would freeze. then you would just have to warm it through and add the cooked pasta. I'm going to try this next time I make it.

I was just thinking that! Would it be possible, do you think, just to fry the liver and bacon and freeze it? OH has been talking about doing a batch of liver & bacon for himself soon (ergh - hate the stuff!) so wondered if I could freeze the bacon and onions ready for that???Kirsty, Taunton, xxx0
