ALL CAR STICKERS HAVE NOW GONE. NEWS OF THE NEXT BATCH OF STICKERS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE FREE WEEKLY MONEYSAVING EMAIL
Proudly Proclaim You're A MoneySaver
The new MoneySavingExpert car stickers are now available with the new design and slogan chosen and voted for by MoneySavers. (See the original vote).
(not actual size, it is actually about A4 in length)
It's free but I'm afraid I must ask you to send an SAE
By doing this you're helping advertise the site and as such to say thanks I wanted to keep the sticker totally free - and I hope you'll be glad to proudly introduce others to MoneySaving. Unfortunately I am only able to do so if you post a stamped self-addressed envelope to get the sticker back to you, and with the new pricing regime the stamp for an A4 envelope needs to be a 52p stamp (if first class 42p otherwise - though do fold the envelope to get it to me and send that with a cheaper stamp ).
First come first served
It's purely first come first served basis. We've ordered 5,000 stickers, 2,500 more than last time as they were so popular but please only apply if you are actually going to put the sticker on your car - otherwise it doesn't justify the expense for me and the site. There are plenty of stickers available and we keep a tight track on this, if ever stocks get low, this will be changed so you know.
Send a stamped addressed A4 envelope to:
Car Sticker
MoneySavingExpert.com
G1, Shepherds Studios
Rockley Road
London W14 0DA
(only one sticker will be sent per envelope to make it fair)
Hope you like them
Martin

Length: 353mm max
Width: 250mm max
Thickness: 25mm max
0-100g = 61p
or 47p for 2nd class if you're a true moneysaver.

are we allowed to be real moneysaving experts and send a reused envelope? with a fresh stamp of course, and a label over the address! I guess what Im asking is do the guys at moneysaving towers mind sticking the envelope flap down with a bit of sellotape?
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I find this highly disingenious. This isn't a 'pay me £4 for package and posting' I'm asking you to provide the stamp to get it to you. You do not pay me a penny for this. How do you expect me to get it to you otherwise?

I would gladly pay much more than the cost of a large letter stamp to have the MSE sticker on my car. To me it's well worth having and advertises the site and its ethos wherever I go

Could I send you 2 SAE's in one envelope (to save on postage when sending it to you)?
We have 2 cars
Sure - sorry to ask for it. The key is I dont want people simply sending letters and saying "please send me 24" and this is a fair way to prevent it

I'll be sending off for two stickers. I have the old sticker in my car and it's white text on a black background..........which is a bit difficult to see/read. No offence...........it's just how it looks.
The new sticker (black text on a yellow background) will be much easier to see/read.
I will be proud to display the sticker and I'm happy to pay the postage costs. It's the least I can do after all the money I've saved, thanks to your site Martin.
PS As a true money saver, I've noticed that you're asking us to send a 44p stamp. This is for First Class, there is a cheaper (Second Class) option of 37p stamp..........for a Large Letter sized envelope.

How about sponsoring a London cab to be livered up in MoneySavingExpert.com colours/text?? The IAM did this and it seems to have been successful as a PR stunt.
It would probably be quite expensive, but, on the plus side, many people would notice it, and it's more noticeable than a little window sticker. I personally don't notice window stickers very much whilst driving.
Or, you could get the MSE loser from the tea/coffee making charts to spend their lunchbreak walking around with one of those sandwich boards

Yeah, but the IAM are looking for new members who pay an annual subscription. Surely you don't expect Martin to pay for advertising for people to join a free site (well.... more that the cost of the stickers)?
The best advertising for this site is by word of mouth, I have told many people about the site, all of them are regular visitors now.
And London? How many of us would see that north of Watford then?

There are the "links that help the site" on the articles, surely these are a source of revenue the IAM fee is only £15 per annum, unfortunately I don't know their total membership so can't compare figures
P.S: You've got nelly's avatar
