    Hi all,

Was thinking about making the vegetable bhajis tomorrow which are on the bodyOptimise site. The pic looks lovely but I wondered if anyone had made them and what they're like.
Thought they would go nicely with sw spicy chips and some salad!

Ive made the onion bhajis out of the green book, they are similar but I think the onion ones are free, not sure about the veg ones are. Anyway they were lovely, a wee bit dry though so went nice with a free riata (sp)

GlasweJen - which cracker types do you have? Is it the mixed one with jacobs cream crackers and water biscuits?
