Hi!
I too want to lose 7-10lbs in the next few months.
So put me down for half a stone and we'll see how I go.
I'm a seasoned SW dieter and know what I'm supposed to so - just need to do it now. I've started swimming again since Xmas and am doing the first big shop since December started tomorrow so will start afresh then.
I also have a dog that I walk 3 times a day so exercise shouldn't be a problem - its the scoffing that is!
Good luck to everyone!0 -
oh yeah please can I be added to the spreadsheet. That would be great.
My diet proper starts on Monday when oh goes back to work and life goes back to normal a bit more.
Hoping to get my bmi down a bit so we can go for ivf again in May0 -
bum! managed to lose my post!
I'm in - need to lose two stone in total but if we are talking ten weeks I'll aim for a stone:D.

Thanks for doing this Lou!
I need to lose a significant amount of weight, so no targets for me but aim is slow and steady progress. I'm crap at dieting so will most likely need a boot up the backside frequently.
At the moment am cutting down on alcohol and aiming to do an exercise DVD 4 times a week as a start.0 -
Hi, yes I'd like to join. I lost over a stone early last year, with WW but I can't justify the expense, I think that I have put it all back on (and maybe more)
I would like to lose 28lbs in 15 weeks as I have a wedding to go to in April and have a dress that I would like to wear!
