oh grandma's are OBSESSED with babies weaning!
Should have seen my mums face today when I said Edgar would probably be having a spot of Christmas dinner - looked like she'd won the lottery :rotfl:

  • My mum is usually fine with everything, but she has an awful habit of complaining about the clothes the kids are wearing !! Like for instance I went to her house to collect my dad to go to the docs as we were both getting blood tests done at the same time and was leaving Dylan with her, it was 9am and she told me it was a disgrace not having him changed out of his sleepsuit !!
Or one day (anyone with a 7 year old girl will understand this) Jasmine dressed herself in an orange top, red trousers and a pair of pink and white trainers :) My mum told me I should not have let her out without changing her first !! !!!!!! ?? She was only going to my mums and she thought she looked pretty !!

  • I haven't crossed the christmas dinner yet. If I wait till 6 months for weaning, Liam won't be old enough till just after christmas :p She started with the weaning talk at 8 weeks. Liam was still waking once for a night feed (just like he had done since birth, which I thought was pretty good) but apparently all hers slept through from 2 weeks, and all my sisters 3 did the same, and if he had a night at granny's he'd sleep thorugh, and if I gave him a bit of baby rice before bed he'd sleep through and yadda yadda yadda... I've manage to put her off by ointiung out all the boxs are 4months+, but as Liam is now 16 weeks it's beginning to intensify again!!

Jillie - your right, I'll hold off on the shooting just yet, might be a bit too obvious!
