Do you have javascript enabled on your browser? I have never had any problems on that site! My dropdown options are the same as yours, except for Atlantic Electric & Gas above British or Scottish Gas.

    Hi Espresso

Just had a reply to my email, apparantly, Atlantic don't supply to my area.

Humm, so I replied they had supplied to me in this house for the past 5+ years, they have been taken over but I am still on their tariff so can't use the comparison site to compare my existing tariff with another. I'm waiting to see what their comments are on this.

Thanks for trying to help anyway, you obviously live in a different area to be honoured with Atlantic in your list!

Thanks for the explanation, at least we understand why now!

    I've been Money Tipped!
I switched to BG for electic in December on a price promise till 2007 with a low 2 tier rate. When my fist bill came I was on the most expensive 4 tier tarrif they do.

They have made me send copies of the offer they sent to me back to them twice. For it to be corrected. It still has not been done,

I am now due another bill that will still be wrong.

I would not advise anyone to change to BG, their level of service is appauling.

I have rung BG up again this morning as I have still not heard anything. I have been told that Click energy has not even gone live yet as they are having problems. She did say that prices would be back dated to the sign up date!!! Goodness knows what that will be as I've been given so many different ones:mad:

Well, my contract states the prices on it, so I'll hold them to that!

Yeh, I would love to although I still can't access my Click Energy account via (https://www.clickenergy.co.uk). I have been a customer since the end of April and all I get told by BG is they are having "technical" problems with 85xx account numbers. When I get my bill I will have no idea what it is as its paperless, yet the online system doesnt work.

BG have me over a barrel at the moment. They can't even give an ETA when problems with Click Accounts will be fixed. So they can just merrily go along charging DD's. I am beginning to think when my bill does get issued I wont be able to see it. :(

Just an update on the website problems.

I have been involved in protracted discussions with a senior manager at House.co uk for sometime and have just come off the phone with him. He assures me that all problems should be resolved by the end of this week as they are now migrating all accounts to the new system in batches of 10,000.

He is calling me next Teusday to confirm problems solved and discuss commpensation for my time and effort along with BGs CS department and Energywatch .

Thanks for that, I have given up calling the house support team. All I get told is by the end of this week it will be fixed.

I did get a paperless billing registration confirmation today but odly its for https://www.house.co.uk (which still doesnt show my account) and not https://www.clickenergy.co.uk. I tried to log in to Click Energy and still "I'm sorry, you are not identified as a CE customer...."

I almost rang Equipower to transfer my account. If this isnt fixed shortly I shall be doing just that. It should not really take over 6 weeks to enable an online account. Plus BG has prooved to me that they care little about customer satisfaction by raising the Click Energy tarrif in price already before I ever have my first bill! :)

    BG 1/10 for me..

I've just switched again. BG seem to have no clue what is going on. I still haven't been told which tariff I'm on. I'd give them 0/10 !

OMG just when I thought it could get no worse, I get an email today which is giving me a warm welcome to British Gas for my Gas! !!!!!!? I have not applied for Gas, I am still considering ditching the Electricity.

I tried calling them only to be fobbed off with I need to call back tomorrow, dear god. Can I call Southern Electric (my current supplier through Ebico) and stress in no uncertain terms NOT to accept a transfer request from BG?

    BG don't seem bloody interested..

    :(
