Go to Vanquis first, and if not happy about the respose refer to the ICO.
This would be considered to be Gross Misconduct and could cost the company a lot of money if not checked. Complain tomorrow and I suspect Friday will be her last pay cheque day once they have checked their computer logs.0 -

I mean members from financial institutes. Imagine them finishing work and then going to the local bar and then making a whole evening out of my situation, thats mean!
I got thinking about the doctor scenario, imagine going to the GP about an embarassing illness and then the docs and secretaries discuss your illness and everytime you go in, they look at you knowing exactly whats going on with you?
Makes me cringe thinking about it

Oh, got ya! lol! sorry! ok, anyway people, little development on the whole situation, my 'x' Friend has told me that she did disclose the information to my other pals, however, denies looking at my account on occasions! I really cannot belive the cheek of it, however, i do admire her honesty!, so once again, any advice please would be grately appreciated!0
