Thanks for this, I will try to print some out for my sons stocking, I have already got him a cocktail shaker and a spirit measurer! Oh he is 27 years old by the way and yes he does still want a stocking ::)Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

Margaritas
25ml Fresh lime juice
50ml Tequila
22ml Cointeau (it’s meant to be 20ml, but a little more provides better balance)
Crushed Rock Salt
1. Line the rim of a glass with lime and then some salt (it doesn’t work with water, as the salt comes off!)
2. Crush some ice (I use a manual ice crusher) and fill the glass.
3. Place ingredients in a shaker (an old bottle with a large throat would do as well)
4. Add a couple of ice cubes (that’s why the wide throat!) and shake.
5. Serve the liquid (leave the ice) into the prepared glass.
It’s got quite a kick, but myself and housemate swear by them!!
Enjoy :beer:Organisation and planning are for those who can't handle stress and caffine
