A bit early in the day to start talking about alcohol I know :rotfl: but my Mum and Sister are coming round for dinner tonight and I fancied making something nice.

I've got a few different spirits in the house and am going shopping later. I have a bag of ice in the freezer and thought I could whizz up a crushed ice something.

If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them!

But with peach schnapps rather than Cointreau. Will let you know how it turns out

Ooooh.... amaretto (you can get a really nice cheap version in Lidl) and cranberry juice made into an alcoholic slushie.
If only I wasn't in work.
