I had something similar happen to me also on a TNS job last weekend - I queried the bill as it seemed too much (the receipt wasn't itemised - just said food and drink  ), and turns out I was charged for a bottle instead of a glass of wine so I had to get a hand written receipt too0

Not quite right. The casino's RE does begin with the name G. The bet in roulette on black or red or odds and evens is a minumum £10 bet so I wouldn't recommend that.
why??
the one i went to, you have to use the free £10 token on the evens (black/red, odd/evens etc) if you both bet on opposite outcome you will walk away from the table with £10 in your pocket between you rather than risk it all and maybe win nothing.
what would you do??0 -
That right pebble thats what the tour person told me to do. I think i may have even bet - one coupon on black and one coupon on odds (is that possible, it was a while back) - they both came up so had £20 to play with, ended up betting it and wining a few pounds extra and then leaving the table. Or maybe I started with £10 and then won a few times betting on blocks of 4 or 2 numbers. Can't remember, but I wouldn't worry, i went in there completely blind, never been to a casino and the tour explains everything and I didn't feel like an idiot asking questions.0

Help please! Does anyone remember me complaining about the Gap drive-thru that they asked me to do. Didn't want to but found it hard to say no. Then I couldn't get a receipt.
Well, as expected, it's come back with a query... but on reflection it's probably a legitimate one. Hubby was doing the timings for me, and he told me the total from order to delivery was 6mins. They are querying this and now that I've checked with hubby he thinks he may have started timing when we reached the main menu board. I stopped to read that, so it will have added to the time. But I'm not sure how much exactly. Can't have been more than about 2 mins, and then there was a delay at the order point because I was querying why I couldn't get a receipt etc.
Does anyone have any advice on how I should reply to Gap? If I say deduct 2 mins, (that still leaves the total at 4 mins) and explain that the bulk of the delay was due to me being unhappy at not getting a receipt, will they accept that?
EDIT: Not quite sure how to answer because the email quotes my original response which said the delays was due to me asking about the menu and querying why I didn't get a receipt - and says 'not including the reasons above' how long was the total? So, does it mean, how long would it have been if I hadn't stopped to talk?0 -
Wow ukmonkey you've got the pick of the bunch!

I can see gyms but they're in Leeds, nowhere near me, sadly!
EDIT: They've gone already!0
