Ohh, bootsing alone :T:T. I dream of that day :T:rotfl:. Being able to amble along without little people getting under my feet, whinging, and grabbing at everything they see, squirtimg perume samples everywhere.......the list goes on......

    Have a great day!
    Hi sarnd
Yes it's great to be able to go Bootsing alone, my pushchair and toddler days are long gone but I remember them well :rotfl:
Older kids do bring other Bootsing issues though, like not being able to get through the front door without being accosted by teenagers wanting to know what you've bought for them, why "he's got something and I haven't". Then they want to know how many points you've got and give you lot's of hints on what you can buy for them using your points balance. They'll be raiding your stash every time your back's turned too.
The upside is that if you have a DD she's likely to want her own AC and will make a great Bootsing buddy once she gets the hang of how to make the most of the offers.

I think it is a bit disingenuous to think that IF Boots do follow this thread, they will miss any glitches due to all the chat on here!

If we can be bothered to plough through it/enjoy reading it (delete as appropriate) to save a few quid, I think Boots will be very happy to pay a junior member of staff to do the same, since they are going to be saving an awful lot more!!

I think the only way to see if the grey bag you're seeing in your stores goes through, is to try it :D (I've not seen anything except the green/brown box in any of the stores round me).

Also, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by things being hidden at the moment? All the information is still here, still being posted on this thread. I'm not noticing any difference - you have to read all the posts, but thats always been the case for me (I was computerless for the week of half term, and had 54 pages to catch up with when I got back :rotfl: ). I hope people don't start pm'ing only the selected few when they find a good offer/glitch though, that would be quite divisive (sp) I think.

Sorry I do not know how to do multiple quotes but thank you to all who replied. The last few pages there has been alot of talk of being more subltle which I can fully understand as it of course does make it easier for things to get stopped if they are posted in ten foot high letters. But the suggestion that the details of glitches is only revealed if you send a message to the original poster seems a bit crazy as surely there are alot of us lurkers, if we were all to sign up and start sending messages I am not sure it would work.

I'm sure there are lots like me who do not want to contribute, not because we expect to have the deals handed to us on a plate, but simply because we honestly have nothing to contribute. Although if we found something I am sure we would join up and post to share with everyone. It is a time thing for alot of us. I spend more time on here that I do working as it is!

Got my .com order today-thanks again to both posters of the GWPs :D

On a side note id just like to say thanks to all the lovely people that mentioned S&G on here- i started using it as a result of the posts and i have to say i havent been as impressed with any range of products for a LONG time-the body butter in particular is fantastic (even causing my OH to comment on the smoothness of my skin-unheard of!) so thank you.

Now off to search for those elusive extracts minis (and a £7.49 peppa pig hide n seek @ T**co  but now i really am O/T-have a lovely day everyone :D )

That's a very valid point. I think we may be underestimating Master B! It's also very possible that the junior member of staff would join and maybe even post so as to get to the bottom of the glitches even faster. :naughty::D

I find that when this happens to me if I simply click the back button to get to the previous page and then do anything apart from what gave me the generic error in the first place it clears itself.

If this does not work others have said to clear all cookies and without logging into Boots add any item to basket. Then log in and you can remove this from the basket again and you should be ok then.
