Thats OK, Northern Ireland is part of the UK0 -
I don't know how well you know the border areas around Derry, but there is another area called Bridgend that has several petrol stations that might be the same price.
If you're a true moneysaver, you can go past these (there are 3) straight on at the roundabout (towards a place called Letterkenny) and there's a petrol station about 5 - 10 minutes drive on the left hand side call Callaghans, they not only give you a better price but they give you the full value on your sterling rate. All of the other petrol stations will only give you between 43 - 45%
If you need directions from anywhere in the city to Bridgend and beyond, let me know and I can try to help! :hello: [/FONT]Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

If you're going to Letterkenny anyway ... then fair enough ... but I don't think a 40 mile round journey is worth it just to top up your tank!
Oops .... didn't read the post properly. Yeah ... Callaghans is cheaper - worth the extra 2-3 mile drive if you have a big tank0 -
I'll add this thread to the existing discussion on petrol and diesel prices0

Anyone any updates on prices of diesel in the South?0
-
I think I got the equivalent of 78 pence per litre at the Esso just outside Pettigo, though that was a couple of weeks ago.0
