I just realised today that my email on Icesave was an old one (moved broadband from onetel to O2 about two months ago), so I updated it this morning.
If the FSCS are firing off the refund emails I hope I changed it in time...
Personally, I'm expecting a hardcopy letter via snailmail to my home address.0 -

Perhaps ISA holders will get cash back into their linked account and will be allowed to transfer the lot into another cash isa. `0

What is this text, I have seen it time and time again now and I have no clue how to decode it lol.
Its called ROT13 - it's a simple substitution cipher where each character is ROTated 13 characters round the alphabet; a->n, b->o...m->z, n->a, o->b
Used regularly in certain USENET groups I'm a member of, and in general as a simple 'spoiler hider,' or to frustrate the likes of Google to stop them returning particular results because of certain keywords contained in the text.
http://rot13.com/ has a box that will en/decipher a block of text (since the operation to encipher is the same as the operation to decipher (look above at what happens to the letters a and n for example,) there's only one button.)
LeetKey is an addon for Firefox which will ROT13 a selected part of text (either static on page or dynamic like an entry box.)
This sub-thread all started when I used the word furrfu, which is a word that gained general use (like LOL and the other internet 'words') because it actually looks a bit like word in it's own right. It's a ROTtism.
Can we get back to IceSave please?
Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -

Don't listen to him. They're talking in Icelandic, and they're here to disrupt the forum and delay your FSCS payments!Mmmm, credit crunch. Tasty.0 -
