I used www.parceldrop.co.uk
Cost £7.25 inc vat.
They never pickedup, never replied to emails, never replied to messages left on their voicemail, never got to speak to a human on the phone.
I informed my credit card company and they cancelled the card in case it had been "compromised" and thats the last I heard0 -
'you recently used our booking form but didn't complete checkout- was there a problem?'
i had this last week, i explained i was checking to see how easy there order process was and to find out a bit more about the service (as there are so many different options).
the fact i didn't go ahead with the order says it all.
i will be using one of the companies suggested tomorrow, and will feedback.
so for me personally i need <£8, pick up time between 10-5, no need to measure or weigh. labels don't bother me, i always put my own on after the probs i had with PF sticking the wrong address's to parcels.:grouphug:

" i would rather pay that bit more for a service i know is there, do you know what i mean, it down to cost for me, if my cusotmers wants to pay the amount for the postage, then at least i know i will be getting that peace of mind"
same here. easy of whole process over cost anyday (well, under £8 !):grouphug:

Hi
Can anyone tell me what has happened to ppwexpress couriers? They have been off line for a few days, and i had several problems with some parcels wit them last week. I have always used them with no problems.
Who else is best for DHL collections if this company is not operating?
Thanks0 -

Direct Parcel Distribution don't require you to print labels.
Parcelcheap - you don't print any labels - the driver comes with 2, 1 for the parcel and the other for you
Used them 3 times last week with no problems0 -
regarding pre paying, apart from the time it saves does anyone actually do it for the saving ?
the parcelcheap "saving" isn't even enough to go for a wee at a london train station !!
and i have never pre paid in case the company did a runner.
anyway, regarding alternatives to ppw i'm not sure i like the look of parcelcheap. plus they are PF which I do not like going back to.
so who else do i try ? all a little confusing at the minute:grouphug:

Hi,
I am very confused at minute!
I have several parcels here needing to be collected. I have to use DHL for various reasons and don't know who to book with????!!!!
Had probs with p2go in the past, ppw not here now..........HELP!!!
Also need good prices!!!!!!!!!0 -
i think i may opt for rainbow parcels, although i'm not looking forward to trying to arrange a time with the DHL guy who turns up as he can barely speak english and his personality isn't exacty welcoming...:grouphug:
