Hi CloudRuler
All test items you receive, put in the grey plastic envelope. And post back at the end of the week. I generally wait until I've received any post on a Saturday and then send back then. On the back of this grey envelope, place one of the barcode stickers with your account/login numbers on.
Looking 4ward to receiving my incentive stamps soon now!!

Can you help with the R number issue? Do I enter the one on the information label online or is that only for the person I send the SMART to?0 -
I wonder what makes a 'top performing panellist'... If most people are posting things when they should and entering the received items (and returning them) if they are at that stage, I don't see how they can select who is doing better - unless its out of our control and its down to what happens in the mail system once we've dropped them in a box...0

CloudRuler - inside an item you've received, there should be the piece of paper with the sticker on, and on that sticker should be an R number. Yes that R number is the one you enter online when entering the information about that received item. Then you keep hold of the smart (if there was one) ready for when you have to add a smart to an item you send out, put the piece of paper back in the envelope, put the envelope in the big grey envelope and on Saturday when all the post you have received with your test initials on for the week is in the grey envelope you post that back to them with one of the barcode stickers on the back of it.
To quote you - "I have an information label with an R number on, is this the R number I enter having received it or is this the R number for the next person whom I have to send it to next week?" - The number on the information label is indeed for the next person, it is the number they will enter online when they receive your item and do as I have described above. You do not enter online as received anything that comes addressed properly to you (i.e. your posting schedule for next week) only what is addressed to you with your test initials...0 -

Seems I don't have an R number of my own. Nm about the R number, seems I don't need to record these ones from what I've read on the information sheet as its my first smart. Still not entirely sure on the supposed test item.0 -
I am out of SMARTs - have sent an email to the research company but hope they respond.
According to my postal plan I need to add one to a letter I'm due to send tomorrow - but nothing has arrived. I am guessing another panellist hasn't sent me the SMART I need - OR MY POSTIE HAS MESSED UP!!0 -

It doesn't matter - the item just goes without a SMART in it - when you get to the SMART added box there is an option for no SMART added - choose that option and post it as normal. I don't often get SMARTS sent to me and most items ask for one. I think they just like as many of them in the system as possible. cel x:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -

Today I received my stamps for the month in my normal brown envelope with items to post for the week - also included was a thank-you letter (2 in fact!!) and some special "Royal Mail Mint Stamps", a presentation pack of James Bond stamps which look pretty funky I have to say. Not sure what to do with them, I'm not the stamp collecting sort.... but seems a shame to use them! Maybe i'll save em for special cards. Anyone else get these?
Yep, i got mine today. :j
They're lovely stamps, but i'm at a lose what to do with them toothink they'll be shoved in the back of a drawer for now, but they are nice.:D
I wish they'd slow down in sending me my weeks postings. I now have the next three weeks stuff sat around and its getting complicated and messy. Why can't they just send the next weeks stuff out at the end of the week. I'm more likely to lose something or get something wrong with all this paper everywhere. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -

No the smart is for another letter I have and that is all prepared ready to go next week.
It is the handwritten letter with Freepost ******** - does this just go in a post box or inthe grey sack back to Kantar. It is the response services I am confused about for the posting type?
Hi
I too got the 'freepost *****' env to mail out , mine has this already printed on th front - the thing is it does not have an address or postcode just 'freepost and the company name' - the postcode is on my information sheet - do you think i need to write it on- surely if i mail it with just company name on then it will not arrive, or are they testing to see if it does!
Thanks for your time.0 -

Ive just rang up regarding that, as i have the same/similar one.
They told me that what is written on the envelope is correct and nothing should be added.0
