    Are you on 3?

    Yes i am ..
  • What a load of utter garbage!

Looking at the array of technical problems these Monilink jokers appear to have (I'm now renaming them Moanilink! :) ) wouldn't it be better if they went away, sorted out all the issues and then came back?

Errors all the way with the HSBC link I was using and after three attempts, and error pages, "20 minute timeout" (after 2 minutes), the final punchline was that my phone - "Motorola PEBL does not have settings on Orange".

Hmmn, that's funny, I was on Orange with it last time I paid my bill...

With all the problems Moanilink appear to have, it is certainly NOT worth the £10 "offer" at present - I think they should give me that anyway for wasting my time.

My advice - AVOID!!!! if they can't sort things out when you sign up, what possible confidence can you have in the integrity of their system or security.

I think Martin should pull the plug on this thread - it's bad advice at present, and perhaps the banks involved should pull the plug on this company too.
  • There is an "issue" all round with Moanilink isn't there?

Why don't you just come clean and admit that the whole thing is a disaster?

You've posted 53 times on this website alone to try and deal with technical problems of all kinds - that doesn't even take into account the many PMs I'm sure have been sent.
  • I've just tried two different phones, with two different networks and neither have been able to work.... I give up!

wont let me gte past the test connection bit on my mobile to get to the menu on it. just says monilink will now test your conectiona nd will take 40secs then freezes, wont let me select ok or exit.

I get the same on my Motorola with Voda.

My N70 with 3 just doesn't connect at all
  • No probs with Natwest. Registered, phone is a Nokia 6300 on o2. Got passcode yesterday (took about 5 days). Logged in, checked balance. Awaiting payment (which seems to take about two weeks). Good service.
  • Delighted to hear that your experience is in direct contrast to everyone else who has posted bill. In view of what others are saying though, I wouldn't blame you if you just got your £10 and then quickly binned these people.
  • Thanks Monilink Support! I acually tried to sign up to the service last time the "free 10 pounds offer" was on but wasn't successful for technical reasons. If I manage to complete my registration this time will I still get the 10 pounds? Thanks!!
