I Emailed Kraft regarding some Mikado biscuits i bought that had a couple of burnt ones in them. I didn't expect anything back but i got a really nice letter and 3 quid of vouchers. The biscuits only cost about 50p as they were on offer!

I Also emailed Ubisoft (games company) to tell them how much i liked their games and they sent me a load of tshirts and promotional artwork books!! Did the same to nintendo and they sent me loads of little goodies too (lanyards, sweat bands, keyrings, etc)

I have sent letters/emails to the following companies (the one's I got stuff from):

    Krispy Kreme
    Nintendo
    Lush
    Green and Blacks
    Marks and Spencer

Krispy Kreme = I got for complimenting them about there doughnuts and how lovely they were, I got a voucher for a coffee and a doughnut :)

Nintendo = I got a variety of goodies, like the ONM, sweatbands, sweets, keyrings etc... For my Birthday, and a lovely signed card from all the CS team :)

Lush = I wanted some Lush samples for my mother, for mother's day, I got sent a whole box of goodies, signed and giving a list of descriptions of what they are :)

Green and Blacks = Got sent a bar of Butterscotch for my Birthday, if you don't ask, you don't get ;)

Marks and Spencer = Found some kind of bone in my spaghetti meatballs? And got sent a £10 gift voucher :)

Starbucks = Variety of complaints, including not being able to use the internet, horrible toilets, waiting too long, overall I have received £15, 4 vouchers for any drinks I want.

And just remember, what's the worst they can say? - No :D

I haven't received any samples from letters or e-mails recently so I'm feeling a bit :( about that!

However, I e-mailed Walkers crisps yesterday stating that I am hosting a children's birthday party and will need to buy loads of packets of crisps, so could they, you know, help me out with that a bit...

I'm not really expecting any great joy, but we shall see....

I am thinking of using the same trick with Coca Cola, although I can only find a postal address for them and I have no stamps left .

Any luck with walkers or coka cola?
